SHIPPING METHODS: You can choose one of 4 shipping methods while checking out. They are: Pick Up, Self Service Local Truck Delivery, Curbside Delivery, and White Glove Delivery.

    1. Pick Up: Warehouse location: 6700 Mack Road Sacramento, CA 95823

    • Pick Up Hours:

      Monday to Saturday: 10am to 7pm. Sunday: 11am to 5pm. Tuesday: CLOSED. We offer assistance loading the furniture but don't forget to bring blankets and ropes to secure the items. Click here to get Mapquest Directions to our warehouse.

    • Pick Up Requirements:
      -Purchaser must be present at pickup.
      -Must present Photo ID of purchaser.
      -Must present Credit Card used during purchase.
    • Pick Up Timing:

      Merchandise must be picked up within 30 days from date of purchase or notification by the seller. In the event that no pickup is made, the situation will be treated as a cancellation by customer, and a 40% restocking fee will be charged.

    3. Home Delivery:

    We offer FREE delivery within Sacramento region. Click HERE to see if you qualify.

    Our carriers will generally bring your order to the ground level entrance of your home or apartment building. However, set up and removal of debris or old furniture are not included.

    4. Full Service In-Home Delivery:

  • For local shipping: we offer one low flat rate of $79 full service delivery within Sacramento region to the ground level. Set up merchandise, remove and dispose of all packaging are included. Please call us @ (916) 681-7936 if you want us to delivery to upstairs.

    You can check your location here. The specific cities which qualify for the $79 shipping promotion are: Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Antelop, West Sacramento, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Davis, Galt, and more... We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for this promotion shipping.

  • For other locations: the estimate shipping will appear when you check out. It is based on your zipcodes.

  • Excluded Items:

    Due to the low cost of our Clearance and Sale Items, we cannot offer further discounts on shipping. These items are excluded from the shipping promotion.


    International, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders:

    At this time FurnitureUSA.com does not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and outside of the United States. If you are an overseas customer and would like to make a purchase, please call us at (916) 681-7936.


    Minimum Order:

    There is no minimum order at Furniture USA Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside. The freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery. Our fees do not include any deliver service beyond curbside. Customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services such as white glove delivery. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries.


    When will I get my order?

    Processing your order is our #1 priority. All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after they are placed on Furnitureusa.com. Shipping then takes between 2-4 weeks to arrive to your house. If items are out of stock, we will notify you regarding the approximate ship date. Most items require assembly.


    Order Tracking:

    We offer two convenient ways in which to track your order: Click on the 'My Account' tab on the home page of our website. After logging in, click on Order Status. Locate the order number that you would like a tracking number for and click that orders View button. Here you will be able to view all information, including tracking numbers on all orders.     Returns:

    Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Code and further shipping instructions. Please note that for undamaged items, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return items to our warehouse.
